Hi Shannon… If there is any flesh left on it at all it need to macerate otherwise go straight to the peroxide bath. That's a good example of the personal preference of the bone collector. I want to bleach it but the teeth look. If there is actually glue in the teeth you'll want to remove the teeth noting where they go and scrub off the glue with a toothbrush or pull it off with your finger.
