The costume comes with the dress, the front and back ribbon bow, gloves, and the neck choker. I'm a 5'2, lb female and I did order a Small so going up a size would've helped in that regard but I plan on wearing black boyshorts so I'm not worried - The elastic top is thin and see-through.
