Shaved beef in a sauce
I highly doubt that any of them are cooks, so it pretty much boils down to quantity over Quality. The beef was tender and delicious. I would give it more than 5 stars if i could. Thanks for taking the time to come back and let me know how much you enjoyed it! Sirloin in more tender than flank so depending on how thin you are able to cut it, it may a take a little bit less time or about the same. Really delicious — great recipe!
